It could be lots of things. But hopefully its nothing. Take it to another mechanic (one you can trust) or the dealer, and have them check it out. You would hate if something major happened that you could have stopped if you just had it looked at. Also, go buy some ammo and kill those workers! = )

A clutch change does not effect fluids.

Sounds like the pressure plate may not be torqued evenly or the friction material is incompatible with the deposition that was left on the flywheel (assuming they didn't resurface the flywheel).
