auto to manual

i have an automatic and i want to change it to a sti 6 spd.
i was wondering how much that might cost and has it been done?

i have no idea what actual cost would be, but i know it would be over 4 grand, if not a lot more... that tranny itself is bank, if i remember correctly....

do a little search around here or nasioc. Someone actually did it before. Not a 6spd, but a 5spd. it's a lot of money especially if you are not doing it yourself. Post in the bay area forum... because if I remember correct, someone in the bay did it. Good luck! BTW, I don't know which board the person surfs now. So you might have a better luck if you post here, nasioc, and rs25.com. Again, good luck!
