How much do they cost to replace? I went and checked out a ride that was great except the clutch seemed a little loose. Got a little grind in first with the clutch all the way down too.

Just bought a 99 Brighton Wagon - the clutch was slipping. Luckily, the dealership that I bought it from is fixing it free of charge. I'll let you know what the parts and labor total up to, i wouldn't be surprised if it was near $1000 though. Are subaru clutches weak, or are people just harder on them because of the awd? There has been a lot of clutch topics lately.
