06 STI transmission oil leak

I've had the car 3 weeks, and I've already been to two incompetent dealers about a transmission oil leak. The oil appears to be coming from a steel hose fitting, connecting the back of the transmission to the front differential, on the driver's side of the car. The hose has two copper washers on a hollowed bolt at each end. After the dealers both just kept cranking on the bolt, I replaced the washers, and it's still leaking. Does anyone know of a technical service bulliten for this problem? Are there any TSBs for oil leaks on this car?
