I don't know of anyone that has droped 1 second in the 1/4 buy a chip reflash. The fastest mine went was a 13.4 and that was with Turbo XS stage 3 minus the I.C. with pullies, CAI, and Grounding wires. I would say you need to do some more work to get it that fast.

Depends what year the S4 is. The newest ones a quick (V8). From what I have read the second gen (MY2000) stock, they are about as fast as a WRX in the 1/4.

Stage 1 won't do it but stage 2 is listed at 13.4 for the quarter from COBB

if you are talking quarter mile times then you will need to bring a stage two at least.

My friends chipped 2001 S4 with a cat back is a fricken monster, those chips make a car that runs 12psi stock top out at 19psi safely. His car is a little worse in 1st gear because the tranny in those things is real squishy and you can shift fast at all. But at second gear his car is a fricken monster, and after 100mph it comes alive again and pulls hard as hell to 160mph. So you are going to have to do quite a bit to make it as streight line fast. You might be able to eak bye a faster 1/4 pass but his car will be barreling down on you when you cross the line.

I don't see that he said he raced this other guy on the street. In fact he didn't say where this race took place at all.
