Just curious as to mods required to run consistent 12s high or low.

04 WRX. I know it's all about the driving but I just want to know what the car needs to run those times.

you would have to get at least a turbo upgrade, uppipe, downpipe catback, ic hoses injectors - even with those you might get a low 13.
