I know why you're running slow, because the same thing happened to me.. I went to the track and slipped the clutch at 4-5k and had the same problems. However, I did mucho practice and finally got a launch that worked very well. Here is what you do:

When you roll up to the light and stage, bring the clutch out to the point of friction where it wants to move your car forward, but DOESN'T. Next, you want to hold your RPMs at 3000. As soon as the tree starts to go down, you want to floor it slip the clutch at the same speed. That way, by the time the light goes green you should be about about 5500 RPMs and building boost. If you launch it perfectly, it will feel like a rocket out of the hole. You should get a minute amount of front wheel spin, and the rears will pull you out of the hole. Trust me when I say that this launch takes A LOT of practice. Just make sure that when you slip the clutch, you are slipping it at the same amount as you are adding gas.

Good luck!

I slipped the clutch at around 5-6k , and i had crappy runs all night. Can any of you guys give me any advice please this cannot continue.

my mods are

Vishnu stage 2,(Remapped ecu-tek, vishnu main power pulley, vishnu up-pipe, mid-pipe, and single tip turbo-back exhaust, IHI VF30 turbocharger, sti injectors, walboro fuel pump, vishnu silicone intercooler hoses)
stoptech slotted rotors and axxis pads
clutchmasters fx200 stage 2 clutch
17x7 RS limited shinwa wheels with 225/45zr-17 kumho ecsta supra 712's.
Injen CAI.
Greddy Profec B spec II

If you guys can tell me how to iprove these ridiculous runs i would appreciate it. My boost is set at 18-19 psi.
Yikes, something is definately wrong with your car. Your 60' time is really slow for your mods but thats not the only thing going on. That trap speed is way to low.

I ran a 12.7 @ 108mph on that same track with my 02 WRX running a stage 4 setup (VF30)

Maybe your smoking the clutch and its slipping all the way down the track. That all I can think of - if its not the motor/programming.

Kickz107 has a good point

Slipping the clutch at high rpm's seems to have a very detrimental effect in my car as well. It's like the clutch plates get to hot hook up fully. I have tried a simular technique to the half engaugment deal and get much better launch. It is really a timeing deal though. You have to make sure not to bog the motor while getting the clutch to hook up with the least amount of slipping possible. Try it and post up you NEW improved results

You might want to start by removing the Injen intake since I suspect the remap you are running is for a standard Stage 2 car with factory intake. Running the intake could easily induce enough lean spots/negative knock correction to kill power and make the advance multiplier fall through the floor.

Have you tried running your car without the Greddy Profec B spec II boost controller? Other Vishnu Stage 2 cars are running high-12s letting the EcuTek or XEDE control boost as it comes from Vishnu. Your trap speed should be over 100 mph. I'm running Stage Zero with the EcuTek and turning 13.80s and 13.90s at 96 mph.
