is it possible to con vert an ej 20 in to a rear wheel drive car and keep it rear wheal drive something like a holden gemini

yes, you take the center diff out of the transmission, then strip out everything that is inside of it.
Take the top plate the housing and the 'disk' with the gears on it and set them aside.

take the top plate and the 'disk' and weld them together.
then weld that assembly to the housing. and you now have a RWD only diff.

you can actually get this center diff that this one company makes that replaces your actual center diff, and this will allow you switch back to awd if you wanted to. let me know if you want to get this unit. we can actually order it for you.

true, but considering that you can buy another stock diff for around 75$.... its worth it. and if you can weld its even more worth it.
