Question for anyone who may want to help. I have an 02 WRX Wagon. I just aquired a full set of Brembo STI Brake Calipers and rotors. I know that I need to swith the rear end or buy the bracket kit for the rear calipers, which I have done. Now my Question is will I need to swap the master cylinder from an STI as well to make sure I have full and adequate preasure in the system? Or can I just stay with my stock one it came with?

I was unable to verify the differences between the regular and the STi MC. So, I cannot answer that.
I have a question for you, where did you get the rear bracket kit?

They are changing to Tunning Factory so the web site is being reconstructed. But the brackets are $320.00 without the center rings for the parking brake. Total for the bracket with the rings inserts is $600.00. Just give them a call to order them.
you can also find a rear rotor kit w/bracket adapter at twrracing.com. i'm pretty sure you can just bolt them on. the only real problem with this swap was the rear rotor not being suitable enough for the R160 ebrake, but with the conversion kit, it should work out fine.
I swapped out the fronts with the Brembos and I'm still using the WRX MC. No problems there. I bought the STI MC system thinking I would need to do the Upgrade, but ended up selling it , after I did the inital install. I would recommend taking the time to switch out the the brake lines though, while you are doing the swap. Good Luck and enjoy.
