I am putting new heads on my wrx but I dont remember the correct torque settings anybody know

thanks that is great would there be a way that I could get a copy of the whole service manual I have miss placed mine from my move could you help me with that and this section is only talking about the bolts what about the nuts that go on the outside to the head itself or do those just need to be realy tight
