The info you got is correct, besides the model year. The model year number is the third one to the last. In this case it is 5. To get model year, you need to subtract 2. 5-2=3.

Hey Alex! I have this exact same number on a set of heads I bought, they were supposed to be spec C, how do you tell in that string of numbers if they are spec C?

Spec C motors are either have "E" in second to the last letter. If you have a "C" you don't have the Spec C's. You have regular STi heads.
