Basically, I would recommend buying a complete JDM STi drivetrain and having it all installed at once, wiring included. You would have an OEM quality engine and motor with no issues from trying to make mismatched components work. I wouldn't try building a turbo kit for your existing engine however. It's just too easy to break the motor under boost.
