Convert Automatic WRX to Manual?

Convert Automatic WRX to Manual?
What is involved in converting an automatic WRX vehicle to a manual? Obviously the transmission and shift mechanism must be swapped. I have a motor, ecu and complete drive train from a manual car as a donor. Are their any other differences that need to be addressed?

selll the automatic and buy a manual. cheaper that way. and you dont have to do all that extra crap.. unless you plannin to install the transmission yourself.. then sell it. and buy another one.. changing from automatic to manual is waste of money -
