can this swap be done?
I just finish reading a thread on Nasioc about someone wanting to make a beast of his EJ25 without going turbo and the topic of swaping a 2005 Legacy Gt engine or 2005 Forester XT engine came along. I don't know much about swaps but I do know that both those fine specimens are running on a 2.5 liter engine....TURBO...
Like my title states above...can it be done to a 03 2.5RS?
How much would something like this cost?
Would it be better to find a STi engine?
What are the gear ratios for the Legacy and the Forester?
Would the swap throw the balance of the car off?
A couple of things I would like to state-
I can't afford an STi.
I love the bug-eyes.
I want to be one of those hybrid cars..har har
