Built Head Question

OK so I am posting this here after doing some research I think I am in a pretty specific situation and I am looking for someone who has done this pretty specific thing.

I have an 05 WRX.

I am building a complete 2.5 engine with D25 heads.

My question is I will be doing 1mm oversized valves with a port and polish and cosworth 272/272 cams.

I am wondering if with the factory DP if this will pass the sniffer during a smog check.
Currently with my hybrid on the cosworth 272 cams I am able to pass.
I am on E-85.

Anyone with experience with this? I dont want to build this motor only to have it not pass. I am open to speculation as well.

How do your current emissions look? (No exp going off speculation and the word of others here.) Most say that they have lower emissions when running E85. I would thin kthat as long as you are staying E85 you should be Ok esp with a factory DP. just be sure to get that DP HOT HOT HOT and keep it hot till your tested (keep the car running and rpm's up while you wait for the tech) .

Thanks Skizz. Thats what I was thinking too. I am just nervous I know gotta pay to play here, jsut dont want to build this motor drop it in and then learn there is no way it will pass the sniffer.

I think it will be fine as my car is well within specs when I smog now on the 2.0 heads, just dont know how much that is going to change when I go with the D25's and open them up to breathe more.

I am going to have a redundant motor to swap in just in case, but dont want ot have to go through that hassle.
I am hoping to have someone chime in that has built heads with over sized valves and cams that has experience wit hthis.
