I have heard that the 2.5rs tranny will bolt right up into the WRX, is this true? I have also heard that it is much stronger. Do they take the same clutch? Has anyone done this to know it works. I have searched around and have seen that people say that they are going to buy a 2.5rs tranny but I have not actually seen someonw post and say it worked or didn't. Sorry for the newbie questions...

 

yes the tranny will bolt up its not stronger but it has better gearing(closer) parts you will need are the trans,rear end,clutch and flywheel for an rs and the clutch slave
