I used Duplicolor Wheel Paint from AZ actually along with Rustoleum primer I believe. If I had to do it again, I'd go w/ powder coating, but I like my stock wheels now.

I did the whole sand down, primer, base. I know that it would hold up fine if I just drive it on pavement but I like to do some mudding every winter and just a couple rocks in the dirt would take some paint off

The duplicolor stuff doesn't hold up well where I live...not at all. It's probably ok for the city where there's nothing on the road.
