My bad everybody thanks for all the replys i ended up having a friends friend help me install them but I am happy to see that there are a few guys in the central valley that have time to help other members.

It went smooth i mean its no fast job but it wasn't too bad and yeah I didn't even need a spring compressor it was way easier than I thought.
