the fLANGe to a bov that can fit my 03 wrx. I have a universal greddy bov. but IM missing the flange and dont wanta wait and order. but if anyone can help me out.....Thanks

 

Welcome to the boards. I have a suggestion. You should really post this in the classifieds section. You won't get many hits here in the CV general forums. Also... if you plan on TyPinG LiKE tHis.... just know that there are plenty of guys on this site that are going to flame you really hard... so I'd try refrain from doing so....

Anyway.... hit up the classifieds and hope you have a great time here...

 

i would also suggest saving your money and not using a BOV. If you read up on them they are not very good for our cars.

if your going to be at the meet this weekend i can show you what my cob intake sounds like.. im really happy with that. cause it gives out a good "pshhhhhttt"

 

With the air resonator delete and an intake you'll get the same sound but your car won't run like shiz.

 

with mine i still couldn't hear it with takin out the silence, but when i got the intake from cobb it was really loud and my car runs way better with it in for some reason

 

well.....
Snorkel delete and intake help but a BOV is an entirely different sound. Especially if you're going with something loud like an RFL or HKS.
Please don't do the Turbo XS RFL though, I had it and it's junk HKS seems to be the best.

 

well i stand by what i say. lol yes its not as loud, but why would you buy someone that makes your car run like shiz? lol not knocking anyone for buying one but thats my input. Almost all my friends with wrx's that got a bov took it off after awhile.

 

Okay... I'm confused.. how does an intake make a "pshhhtt" sound? If anything, it'll make your intake and turbo sound louder like it did mine.... how does it make a sound like pressurized air is being vented into the atmosphere?

 

i dont know how it does it but when you install an intake on your car you hear the blow off very well from the stock bpv.
