Central Valley Gathering #4

*POTLUCK BBQ / CVG 4 "Central Valley Gathering"
Oak Grove Regional Park
4520W Eight Mile Rd,
Stockton, CA 95219
"The park is very easy to find, it's off I-5 and Eight Mile Rd" . Look for the the gold canopies and yellow CVG Banner.
If you love CARS and FOOD, you should come and join us for the one of the "biggest POTLUCK BBQs" and car gatherings in the valley. Oak Grove Regional Park is the perfect setting for our event, there's plenty of grass and shade to kick back. The park offers family activities such as, lakes for fishing, paddle boat rentals and hiking trails, Also, parking is excellent.
This year we have events planned such as volleyball, dish challenges and a little bit of drinking , LOL. Awards and raffles will be announced later in the day.
Please follow the rules:
"NO SPEEDING"
"NO BURNOUTS"
"CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF"
Volleyball competition: "Valley vs Bay"
It's 6 against 6. So far, we have:

FYI: bbq grills, utensils, paper plates, canopies and tables will be provided.
For those who love to cook and compete for Awards, We will be giving out trophies for best dishes.
Here's a list of last years winners for "Best Dishes" :
1st - Baked seafood sushi (Anna Cruz)
2nd - Mariano's "Au Jus" chicken (Mariano Elias)
3rd - Korean BBQ riblets (Tommy Saeteurn)
4th - Hawaiin Fajitas (?)
5th - baked cookies (kuamquatism)
Dish Challenge: Awards will be for 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
