Carbon Fiber hood fitment issues

I just bought a Seibon CF hood from this chill guy Derrick in Modesto.
I installed it just fine, the problem though is that it won't latch fully.
It seems to be coming up a little short on the locking mechanism and is not locking properly so it's loose and floppy.

and there's no way to mount to bellows except drilling and gluing...which is kinda sketchy.

Then the holes for the srapy nozzles are a little too small...I guess I can have those dremeled a little bigger.

Any suggestions? ideas? anything i'm missing? I spent a good two hours trying different things.

I thought about doing that but didn't know exactly how to raise it up. I'll try that tomorrow.

thanks
