just a hint you are responsible for selling a car smogged its the law

 

thanks for the heads up. im a cali smog tech so i know the law verry well. the only 2 ways you dont have to smog it is
1. you come to agrement with the new owner that they smog it .....or
2. sell the vehicle in planned non op. where the new owner has to pay for reg, and smog.

my option is number 2.

 

so half right and tricky lol will u give a deal for a smog then? cause of course it wil "pass" right
