I'm posting this as a feeler at this point. I'm in no hurry to sell the car, and don't need to sell it for any reason. I'm just thinking of looking into a different kind of vehicle, and think it might be time to sell my baby.

I bought the car in December 09', with about 43k miles on it. At that time, it was completely stock, so all of the modifications have been done to the car in roughly the last year. I've done all the maintenance myself since i've owned the car, to make sure it was done right and on time. I've only used Mobil 1 synthetic since i've had the car, changed the oil every 3,000 to 3,500 miles, and have done all the scheduled maintenance early. The dealership I bought the car from had no maintenance records for the car when I bought it, so to be safe I did the 60k service at 50k miles. That included new accessory belts, an oil change, coolant flush, transmission and rear diff flush, and new spark plugs. I'm very particular about getting maintenance done on my car to avoid future problems, so the maintenance has been spot on with this vehicle. I'm also particular about keeping records of what I do, so I have records of all the maintenance i've done to the car, as well as what the modifications are, and even a spreadsheet of fuel usage. Yeah, i'm one of those people. The future owner of this car will recieve a binder which contains the following: writeup of every modification done to the car and the cost of each, writeups and receipts for all of the maintenance done to the car, including a write-up made by myself for every individual bit of maintenance that was done (what was done, why, what mileage, what it cost, etc.), and a spreadsheet of the fuel usage. Yes, i've literally recorded almost everything I could.

As far as the condition of the car goes, I'd say it's pretty much as good as you could hope for an 05'. A couple of things I can think of off the top of my head are one, maybe two small door dings on the passenger side, and what looks to be a dent from a golf ball on the hood. These were all there when I bought the car, and were so unnoticable that I didn't even see them until the first time I waxed the car. The paint is good, but not perfect, it could use a good detail and there are a few scratches on the rear bumper. Again, nothing that you wouldn't expect for a used car. The interior is very clean. I'm not a smoker, and haven't spilled anything in the car or made any stains that i'm aware of.
