FS: '95 BMW M3 in SoCal
FS: '95 BMW M3 in SoCal
It's time for me to move on, so I am reluctantly selling my car
My dad bought the car new in Aug of '94. For 10 years it was his weekend car, and basically just sat in the garage during the week. In 2005 we moved, but to a house which did not have a garage. The car sat outside in our front yard and was basically not ever driven for almost 9 months. It got to the point where I decided to sell the cars I had, so I would be driving this car instead of it just sitting under the sun baking. I have driven this car pretty much daily since the the beginning of 2006. However, it has still been parked outside.

The car was in a very minor incident. My dad was pulling the car out of the garage and managed to scrape alongside our other car :rolleyes So the car was partially re-sprayed back in ~'98.
My dad originally had on Eibach ProKit springs and Bilstein Sport dampers. I then had the car on Tein Basic coilovers, then GC/AD coilovers, and now recently back to factory dampers and H&R Race springs.
The car runs very well. Motor feels fresh as compared to many other E36 M3's with higher mileage. I had just recently passed smog and gotten registration.
I suppose I got greedy and went too wide and high profile on the tires. The front rubs generously, while the rear only rubs under much compression. A little more negative camber would seem to solve that up front though...
I have tracked the car twice in my short tenure with it. The car has never been "off course" and there were never any problems whatsoever on the track (nor off it for that matter).
The A/C has slowly gotten less and less cold. I suppose a freon re-charge would help here. The radio is also locked, as my dad forgot the radio code he had input. The paint is the main concern here though... From the time it spent sitting in the sun, the paint has dulled considerably. There is not much shine in the paint anymore.
Anyway, I am asking a VERY reasonable $11,000 for the car.
Pictures will be posted shortly...
