Just did a complete brake job on it less than a 1,000 miles ago (ebc red stuff on all four corners)
Brand new accessory belts installed less than 100 miles ago
Windsheld has a small crack in it on the passengers side. Can't be seen while driving.
Engine and drivetrain have been left completely stock for the entire life of the car.

Mods:
Car is lowered on eibach sportline springs
Sti BBS wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE070 with a lot of life left in them
KartBoy short shifter
I have the stock springs and shifter that I will throw in.

The car does sit level. I just had the back full of stuff in the picture. Also, with four people in the car and the back hatch full it does not rub.
