Thought I'd post here to gauge some interest.

Vitals:
2006 Aspen White STI
36,150 miles
Faithfully maintained, garaged. All maintenance has been performed either by the dealer (early on), then by LIC (for the majority of the time) and most recently EQ Tuning (oil change). I have all papers.

Lightly modified:
Includes a Rav-Spec Carbon Fiber V-limited style lip
Cobb catted Down Pipe and heatshield
Cobb AP v.2
Pro-tuned by Ed at EQ Tuning. I asked for a safe, conservative tune.
Trunk is dynamatted (hey I have a wife and now a kid)

Miscellanious:
I wired by radar detector directly into the mirror so no wires would hang down.
BBS wheels were painted white with a red lip.
Include Thule roof rack, fairing, and ski rack attachment (good for 4 skis or 2 snowboards)
The car is registered in MD (military family) and will have to be re-registered in CA.

Not really that interested in selling it but expanding family needs compels me to at least consider it. If I don't get a satisfactory offer then I'm perfectly happy with keeping it.
