2007 WRX wagon vf48 Blown headgasket many mods 300whp/300wtq

I am unable to continue on with this car. I just bought a house, and need to get something a bit more practical and unmodified.

I have invested over $20,000 in mods in this car in the last 12 months, and I know that I will not get it back, but instead of parting the car out, I want to see if there is any interest in selling the car with the blown gasket and all of the mods still intact. I built the car with only the best parts, and I have only been to 2 track days with it, the last one is where the headgasket was blown. I just had a leakdown and compression test a couple months ago, and the numbers were right on par, with cylinder #3 being the highest at 5% leakdown. This would be an excellent project for someone who wants to fix the headgasket and have a track-ready street car.

The car is in EXCELLENT shape 9/10 with. No accidents. The car has been maintained by Fine Line Imports in Santa Rosa, and they will vouch for the car. 60,000 miles.

It currently has 300 whp:

Why no fix it? You spent 20k in mods a head gasket is a cheap fix compared to 20k in mods, sounds like you have a sweet car fix it and keep it!

I know. this is a hard decision, but i just have a feeling that spending more money on this car is inevitable. The toughest part of it is that I LOVE my car... trying to make a practical decision. With already more than $40k invested in a subaru, I want to puke thinking about it. But ya know, life is short, and i go back and forth every day with this decision. Anyone else have any insight on this "dilemma"?

Just get it fixed and keep it. If you sell it and the days comes when you see it around town, you will be depressed.
