My warranty is valid still. 3years/36k (2 years 23k left) I have done all service/oil changes at Star Subaru in Orlando, FL. Very friendly service advisors and the tech is even better. If you're worried about the warranty make sure you visit the dealer you plan on taking the car to, get to know the service advisors and possibly the tech. Should not be a problem and it all depends which dealer you go to. Remember ALWAYS be nice to them no matter what.
