Car Info: 2002 WRX Silver Wagon
WI: 2002 WRX Wagon PSM 5MT $12K OBO!
I need to sell this car, as I just bought a 2005 Outback XT, and would like to get enough to pay half of the loan on it.
I am the original owner of her. I bought her in Sept of 2001. I really hate to see her go, but I wanted the bigger engine and better creature comforts of the Outback. The WRX is so much nicer though. You can tell the difference between the Outback being built in Indiana nad the WRX being built in Japan.
This was my baby. I always wanted to do solo events and to do some real racing, but never did. The worse she has seen is some spirited driving on the freeway ramps.
The car drives like it were brand new! I can't believe that it still gets almost 30mpg! I averaged about 26mpg mixed, about 28-29 highway. The best I've ever gotten was a little over 31mpg on a trip to St. Louis. It handles extremely well and still puts down power like its full of fire.
I'm asking $12,000 or best offer.
The basics:
2002 WRX Sport Wagon
Platinum Silver Metallic
5-speed manual
70,850 miles (mostly highway)
Oil changed ever 3-4000, always used Mobil 1 Synthetic since first change.
Just changed out the plugs before I boguth the new car. its been sitting in the garage ever since.
The finish is super glossy and smooth.
Little Extras:
I put on Pirelli Pzero Nero M&S tires back in October
At the same time, I did the brakes with Hawk HPS pads.
OEM Upgraded Security Alarm
Rear mat
All weather floor mats
PIAA Silicone wipers
2004 paint matched side skirts
Please, someone give her a good home!
