That remids me, I did see a Honda sporting the evo wing a few months ago.

 

some of these are just stupid and in no way relate to what a ricer really is. you can't define a ricer just because of "one" of these things, it's the whole package/attitude.

Hell, some of us started as ricers....I'm not ashamed to admit it

 

I disagree with these becuase of the following reasons:
19:My '06 WRX TR has the optional factory rear wing AND the OEM third mount brake light, not that it's cool, I just haven't gotten around to taking it out yet...
27:My JBL BPx1100.1 and Px300.4 have a combined 1,976W RMS with the gains turned up less than 1mm, but it sounds damn good, that sure as hell doesn't make me rice.
40:I just plain look better with my hat backwards, but it's always a DC or Element hat, none of that gangster flat bill b/s.
52:I can honestly say, without having run at the track or on a dyno, that my '06 WRX with SRS and TBE has at least 250 to the flywheel, slightly possibly 250 to the wheels, but probably wouldn't go that far.

Also, on your list should be:
If you go to an import performance shop and head straight to the decal bin...
If at races your car is a show car, and at shows your car is a race car...
If your exhaust tip is bigger in MM than your engine's whp divided by 2...
If you have a boost gauge on a car with no Turbo or Supercharger...
If you think that your LS-VTEC Teg can tear apart a 426 HEMI, 427 Vette or 429 Cobra Jet...
If you think that Z3 imitation fenders make your engine breathe better...
If you think that having a hood scoop heading straight for your Honda intake manifold works like having one for an intercooler...
If you think an intercooler helps your non-turbo/supercharged engine...
If you think the whistling that occurs from a CAI on a Honda engine is "Kool"...
If your "Carbon Fiber" hood off eBay cost you more than your Intake, Headers and Exhaust combined...
If your idea of "Good Sound" is having your CRX's hatch sound like it's about to fall off...
I'll stop, I could go on for days and days...

Does this make my car rice? My car.. 06 wrx tr w/ 06 sti trunk swap = 2 thrid taillights.. (one inside the car .. one on the tail.) Only mod i have on my car is 3 inch exhaust..

 

that reminded me of a few things...

my friend's civic is so slammed that he couldn't go to the beach, out at waikiki (hotspot in hawaii), and all sorts of undesired roads. Not to mention, his exhaust is sooo loud that i swear you can hear it 3 blocks away and it sound like some amplified fart bag.

As for my opinion, i think civics are fun to drive, but not as fun as my 2.5rs but all that stuff is just too much..

 

I think one major problem I have with the whole "rice" thing is that everyone has there own definition. Some hardcore domestic fans think it's anything that is Asian built. My friends dad used to call my STOCK civic a rice burner. Some people define it as useless modifications. Some define it as a car with a loud exhaust or altezza taillights, etc, etc, etc.

I was looking at a website about "ricers" and the MAJORITY of the cars on the site were not rice. they were dropped, all ONE color, silver rims, low to mid sized wing. None of the cars were yellow with pink rims with an aluminum spoiler above the roof. I think alot of the people that complain about ricers don't really know what the hell they are talking about.

On a side note, I agree with most of the guys on i-club about what is rice anjd what is not so that makes me feel better not being surrounded by a clan of R-tards.
