Smoothness of power delivery thanks to the Boxer engine, AWD and relatively low weight. As well it's nice to have a big, easy to access cargo area in the wagon.

I bought it for the AWD, the perceived Japanese reliability and the relative value compared to all other awd cars I could buy new(audi, bmw, jaguar, volvo, m-b).
Although it didn't play into my purchasing decision, I've grown very appreciative of the boxer engine. It sounds neat and different.

Adjsutable headlights
Strong internals
6 Speed

the AWD makes me smile as i pull out of a corner far faster than the 350z next to me... I also like the fact that subaru has yet to make a true SUV (forester is too small to be considered a real SUV IMHO)

my car was teh fastAR, but then the EVO came out.

all in all, im pretty happy w/ my car. looks mean and runs fast. what more could i want.
