what do you guys think about cut outs.... i know they are illegeal to have open on the street and stuff but i heard some people saying that you gain about 15hp just from a cut out and if that is true i am going to buy right now...

 

i been running one open for over a year now.. it sounds great but you lose a lot of torgue

 

You're better off just getting a good 3" turboback. Unless you are just going for the loudest possible car you can have.

 

yea id rather put the money towards a tbe. cutout are cool, just way too loud for my taste.
