Tail lights fuse!!

Hi everyone...
Today I was changing the license plate lights and some how all the parking lights went off, I tried to find the fuse for them but I couldn't, I checked both fuse boxes? Please let me know if you can help!

the fuse is in the engine area ahead of the car driver
it should be marked as tail fuse blue in color
it protects park/tail /clearance lamps
If the fuse is fine there is also a tail light relay that could be at fault.
