As working with the Wrx's and STi for 4 years. I think wrx and STI's respond to mods really good. All of you that think EVo's are fast check this wrx out. http://www.extrememotorsports.com/wrxtimes.htm

If a wrx can do that think of the damage an STI 2.5L do?

I have also been to a site that rebuilds STI motors and puts them at 750hp tested. Safe upgrades. Not worlds best or anything rediculas like that. Id put the site on here but have trouble finding it.

Unfortunately for the Mitsu haters, the EVO responds very well to modification. My evidence is the current issue of Sport Compact Car magazine where several cars were picked to show off the mod potential. Power ranged from 420whp to around 700whp (with extensive!!! mods). So it's really preference of the individual, best to drive both like a madman, ask owners who've put miles on the cars, and make the decision for yourself.

Mitsu vs Subie is kinda like Ford vs Chevy

The 05 STI comes with a 6 speaker stereo and 6 disc changer now...
