saab 92x aero cheaper insurance than wrx
sup,
i just called insurance company and to insure a saab 82x areo its going to cost $5,780/year
to insure a subaru WRX Wagon its going to cost $6,400
now why would a subaru cost so much more to insure than a WRX??....
they both same cars

Could be because statistically, younger, more at risk drivers, would be driving the wrx instead of the SAAB 9-2x.
Good thing you have the "same" car and will pay cheaper insurance!

Nice little tidbit of information there.
Damn you guys pay a lot for insurance.
Anyways, I'm thinking of going over to a 9-2x especially at the dirt cheap price they're selling for. Can get a new aero for $21,000...roughly.

my car insurance is double my car payment
currently 2002 subaru impreza 2.5TS
car payment: $230/month
Insurance: $468/month
crazy eh
yea, right now i'm trying to calculate everything, cuz realistically i cannot afford a 2006 subaru imperza neither 2.5i or the wrx/limited. Insurance on the imprezas are extreme expensive for the 2.5TS i'm lookin' at ~$6000/yr
out the door a 2005 saab 92x aero w/ sport package (17" allows and moonroof) cost $22375
2.5i cost ~ $22570 after i configure it based on options of 2005.
personally the 92x is by far the better deal and has a moonroof and 200+bhp turboed

21,
financed vehicles HAS to have full coverage in state of Massachusetts
the area that i live in places a huge roll as well. (crime area)
and on top i'm a driving step 19. step 15 is what you start out with and go down each year providing you dont get any tickets.
i received a few when i first got my license 2years ago and i'm still paying for the idiot speeding i've been doing til this day :-(

wow, my insurance is only about 136 a month for full coverage on my wrx. it would be less, but i have renters insurance with the same people.
car payment $272
insurance $136
total $408 a month for the car.
I can't believe some numbers that the insurance companies charge young drivers.
