Is this legit? Anyone heard of them? Any experience with them? I was pre-approved for a car loan through them.

i wouldn't trust online, phone, mail loans.
and EVERYONE gets "pre-approved" without actually getting pre-approved.
its just to get you interested in them/sucked in.
how do people get pre-approved when they're in bankruptcy?
