Bought DIGITMOTO, it's legit
I think this was posted a few months ago somewhere, forgot if was here or nasioc.

Anways, my friend bought it. If you have a laptop, IMO its pretty much way better than anything you can buy for your car for 100 dollars (except maybe an MBC).
Reads CELs, makes realtime measurements like manifold pressure (I confirmed I had a boost leak using this today), ignition parameters, engine load, MAF readings, intake temperatures. Has dyno function, also does datalogging. Haven't had time to play with it since I just got it and my friend's out having fun launching his gsx (he never had a gtech), but looks like a very solid product.

uh I dunno, I wouldn't think so since it's of fairly generic construction. For you electrically inclined guys out their, I took it apart and the whole hardware is basically a +5v voltage regulator, a 3.5 mhz oscillator with supporting caps, a few transistors for voltage buffering, and some microchip that says "ELM323" on it.
So I'm actually thinking about trying to hack this thing someday, cause if you can get so much info out of the OBDII port, you could make some tightazz LCD cockpit displays with this info, which I'm assuming is all digital too,

edgar,
it's not a scam.
hey, if they made a product that does what it says, why is a scam?
cheapest OBDII scanners, the handheld ones are like $99 after a rebate.
these guys wrote the s/w and then made the h/w. what's the scam in that?
