Intake modification makes radiator fan cut in and out when idle. ?.?anyone??

Question Intake modification makes radiator fan cut in and out when idle. ?.?anyone??
I have an Injen CAI and since i had it put in it makes the fan kick in and out when i'm at rest. Temp gauge reads normal. anyone have similar problems?
