Hey i recently discoverd this show called Initial D and i was wondering if any one knows about it or knows when it will be comeing to DVD in the U.S. iv seen almost every episode and its really cool. it has lots of cars and lots of downhill street racing, and every thing seems to be preaty acurate if you havent heard about it you should check it out. its preaty sweet.

 

I'm actually watching initail d too! I've seen almost all of the episodes from kazaa. If you want to buy it, go out to discountanimedvd.com and check it out. I think all of their dvds are subtitle but really cheap. I've ordered from them a few times with no problem. If you want an english version, try going to animenation.com. It will be more expensive.

 

InitialD rocks!!! i haven't watched any but i read the japanese comic book versions that come out every week...or the big Initial D books that come out every few months. last one i read is #25

 

which volume/chapter does takumi race bunta? i had some scans of it, but it was japanese, and i couldnt read it, but i want to check it out again.

 

I'd like to see that too. I've seen the entire anime series but didn't see him race Bunta. Where does the magna stop?

 

the manga is still going. they have enough chapters to make another 26 episodes or so, or 1 or 2 stages, pending on how they make it out. i think he races bunta around volume 22 i think, and 3rd stage ends at volume 17 i believe.

 

Are u reading the japanese version? Because I tried to look for it in the book stores and only saw up till volume 4????? Where do you get them from?
