Well, its your choice what you want to f*** up in the long run. I'd go with the clutch over the tranny, as it only costs a few hundred to replace. If you want to launch you're going to put stress on either the clutch or the tranny, no matter what. So what i would do is rev it up to 3500, slip the clutch and have it fully engaged 1000-1500 rpm later. Now dont do it unless someone else agrees with me cuz im not very sure about this stuff. good luck
