Garage Floor Paints & Treatments

Does anyone have a coating on their garage floor? I just bought a condo with an unfinished basement and garage and wanted to add something that would be easier to take care of than bare concrete. Does anyone have a positive experience with latex paints? Concrete stains? Epoxy treatments?

Bump. Moving date is getting closer and I wanted to see what folks thought about covering up the floor.

for concrete stains, look into L.M. scofields or Davis colors. they tend to turn out pretty nice. if you go with paint, they may get scratched off overtime at high traffice areas, which can be a cool effect. and for epoxy floor, they'd be the easiest to maintain, but not too pleasing aesthetically.i would suggest going with stain over paint.
