That really sucks that you can take an awesome car like the BMW and take parts from it and put it on a honda and its considered rice. Z3 fenders, M3 Mirrors, ANgel eyes to list a few. Now the Lambo doors are popping up everywhere and thats being considered rice :-( Laters Mikal

personally i dont think it's rice if u have the power to back it up. if it's like something that's horrific and it's just all show and no go then that would be some nasty a$$ rice.

I dont mind clean exterior mods, but when a car starts looking like 8 different car manufactures and the CEO of autozone got together and had a massive acid trip orgy and crapped out a car, i just laugh.

Actually Civics are very nice cars. One of THE most reliable cars ever made. And in stock form they don't look that bad either. Its just a shame what people do to them.

 

I agree...they have about the worst driving experiance of any car out there. I recently drove one and I do not see how anyone could appreciate them. Yeah they have good reliablity, but the driving experiance SUCKS! Especally on the road course... ICK!

 

The civic is made to be a high mpg, reliable, economy(correct word?) car. For what its meant to be, its fking amazing. It is not a performance car. Kuth, I agree. Now a little more on topic, what ricers do to civics and other cars is truly a shame...Sadly there will always be ricers and nasttyyyy cars that make us want to vomit, but in a way that makes me feel better about myself. When i get my car, it will be tastefull and it'll turn heads for the right reason, just like 99.99999999% of the cars on thsi board...

 

I've seen some with the subie scoop, same with the new camarro hoods. Really tacky if you ask me.

 

Yeah civics are a decent car its just the kids out there that give it a bad rap. There cheap to begin with so they can afford them. Plus Honda forgot to put all the performance parts on the car when they built them. So now they sell them to the kids to make more money. laters Mikal

 

why is everyone in here ripping on a civic. Civics are great economical cars...shoot i have one actually the wife drives it every day and to tell you the truth before i bought my '04 wrx i almost bought a hybrid civic so i can get 1000 MPG....well maybe not that much...but yes since gas prices are so FRIGGIN high nowadays i almost converted to an extra old man...but since im only 26 and livin' the fun life...i couldn't settle for less than a wrx...hell its better for the snow anyways!! peace... Civics are good cars...tooo bad we're all not yuppies like some of the peeps in here who the parents donate WRX's to their sons as High School graduation gifts and not appreciate what you really can afford...
