black or white?

I'm planning to buy an 06 Impreza and after considering some advice from other members, I've narrowed by colour choice down to black or white. Unfortunately, I can't decide between the two! What would u suggest? Does one colour have certain advantages over the other?

those have got to be the 2 worst colors to choose from, i mean they will be the two dirtiest of all.
if you want to be jdm go for white, white is what its all about in japan.
if you want the hawtest sleekest bestest color go for black.
those were the 2 colors i had to decide from, ended up with black. where i live its probably a big mistake because my car is never everrrrr clean; however, on those rare blue moon nights. My car will be clean and sooooooo hawt. Black does allow you to see every minute thing wrong with the car though, like dents .........makes me want to cry.

I have a white one, Im content with mine. I was going to go with black and then I changed my mind the last second when signing the papers.. Just try to find out which one you can see yourself in...

thats me and the wife. as far as dirt goes, i'm not too bothered by it on hers.. on mine its ruthless. best thing about black is that it shines up so much better than white. a full on waxed white car will never amount up to a full on waxed up black.... white is probably a better choice if you don't like to baby your cars appearance.

I have seen GDOGGS car and it does look very clean. I like how he is doing the ALL Black theme, the seats are real nice that he has in there. I was going to go with BLACK like I said but it seemed to me like more people I knew had black then white. I still think I probably should of gone with Black if I could do it all again because of what GDOGG was saying about the paint.. Mine seems more plastic than metal by looking at it. You can make yours look like a skunk also like I did check it out! LoL I like it.

I forgot to mention; how a lot of people think Black gets dirty and is hard to keep clean, it's true that black shows a lot of dirt and scratches and dings and dents and everything else. (I know because I have a Black Integra GSR and I used to think black was the worst color of car to own and maintain in a high state of cleanliness). Well, have you EVER OWNED a pair of all WHITE shoes? Like K-Swiss for example or the white addidas? Nuff said, its the same thing but now a lot bigger. White sucks when it starts turning grey or tan from different types of road debris. PS. thanx for the compliment. Appreciate it!

I currently have black (MBP) WRX and love it. Nothing looks better than a glossy black car, and the lines of the WRX are especially well suited for it. I've owned a couple of white cars, and can tell you it's not hard to keep one looking good. White tends to hide road dust better than you might expect. Black is the most difficult paint to keep up, requiring the most care to keep it looking at its best. Black will make a car look smaller and more sleek, a white car makes it look larger and chunky. Some like 'em skinny and some like 'em plumper. I wouldn't advise owning a black car if you are going to park outside. The upkeep will drive you crazy if you want it to look good. Parking in a garage at night is a huge advantage with black paint.
