Is Waipahu in Hawaii? If so, post in that regional forum..or the regional forum for your state.
And maybe you would find a few more replies on a VW board, such as www.vwvortex.com? Probably not too many R32 owners on the Subaru forums.

My brother just bought one a couple weeks ago. He lives in Florida though, so I haven't had a chance to see it in person yet. I'll do that next week when I go on a road trip to see him.
After my brother-in-law's experience with his '03 Jetta, I don't think any VW (especially not the hopped-up R32) qualifies as "sweet." A car with less than 10k miles on it with two body rattles that won't start for a full day after it has been rained on? Sweet indeed!

don't get me wrong I'd much rather have an STi, i think that is much "sweeter". But i think all VW's have great interiors, and good build quality. My brother has a jetta, and his has been fine, no rattles squeeks or any other issues, really. Its much nicer than any impreza, and honestly its about as quick. Plus the r32 is quick, and the power is always there with the v6 (as opposed to the turbo STi). Just because its not ridiculously fast and its not a subaru doesn't mean I can't think its sweet.
Dan Neil (LA Times car writer, the best I've read) had a brutal quote about the 2004 lineup from VW: "visually anesthetic." Every time I see a Passat, it is so boring my eyballs feel numb. Even an Altima is more interesting! The r32 has at least a glimmer of external style, but compared to the scowl of an STI or the grin of a G35, it's got nothing. The interiors are certainly nice, however (my brother has a Jetta 1.8 turbo and he gets all excited about the red and blue dash lights for some reason).
It doesn't matter what Dan Neil writes, R32 look hot and do have much nicer interior then Suby and Mitsu. It's a matter of priority of speed/comfort when comparing the three cars I mentioned. I would choose the STI but that's just my HO.

I drove an R32 last week and that is an awesome car!! I like the seats in my SVT Euro Focus better though. Just in case the Focus seats are Recarros! I think that the steering wheel in the R32 is one of the best that I have ever wrapped my hands around!!
The thing has loads of torque on the bottom and the exhaust sounds just awesome!1
later Super

that slanted front hood and snub nose on the r32 is a bit TOO familliar, if you know what I mean...
