Sheez, that is sucky mynxi... stuff like that happens, at least you're okay right?
As for the woman driving by herself in the HOV lane, that is a sucky instance. If she hadn't been selfish and ripping down the HOV lane, it probably wouldn't have happened. But regardless of the number of passengers she had, and you were turning left, I have a feeling things aren't going to look good for you, just based from previous examples I have seen, but i'm no expert.
I thought that HOV lane down Willingdon is for buses only, or is it 3 persons per vehicle and motorcyles?

Hey, sorry to see your car like that. Sh*t happens.. just gotta learn to deal with it. When u break it all down, it's just a car.
Good thing u had a camera to document everything.
Btw, this must be the longest thread I've seen in this forum. Gotta be the female factor.
Oh, and Silver RS's are the best.

the hov lane is 6 or more or buses. if not. then have to turn right. but she didn't. just went straight. sigh.
hmm. i went to the claim center yesterday and he said the photos were really helpful. he said i have two strengths and the lady have none, the fact that she broke all the rules and lied also didn't help her. but she might say it was my observations. so it might not be totally her fault. but i still dunno. maybe the judge will have 10/90 for me.... i really dunno. i'm praying for best.
anyway. should i get a new bumper?
or just keep this one. while i'm at it. i'm gonna put all the other stuff on it. like the V5 wing maybe....tail lights?
hey ken? should i get the swaybar, Fumotovalve, K&N panel air filter, for him? anything else i should get?
but i need to decide fast. icbc might get the car to the bodyshop today...
thx guys!

You can just get the bodyshop to put on any aero parts while they're fixing it up. I'd vote for the oem subaru urethane v5/6 bumper. It will cost ~1,000 for all of the parts. The wing and rest will probably be replica's so you can spend more time looking out for a good deal instead of rushing.
As for other parts, it's easy to put it on yourself. Usually the iClub peeps will help each other out installing easy stuff like this.

i don't know if i should keep the old style or get a new one. many ppl got v5/6 things. so i wanna be a little different. there's other kits out there....greddy...c-west... but those are just out there. some are pretty nice tho. so i can't choose... aww man...
i kinda have a deal w/ another member for the v5 wing for 185. but there's a crack on it... so i dunno
would it be easier to get the shop to put the other parts in or is it really that easy that other members could help me out a bit. i definately don't know how... yet... i'll learn tho. i wanna get hands on for my car. could any of ya teach me a bit? thx

There was another accident that looked pretty much like yours but much worse. A black 'teg and a Sunfire I believe. That intersection is a death trap.

okay.. rather than taunting, I shall put my .2c in.
Upgrades you will feel the most on your car. That aren't going to break the bank.
Good new Rubber - depending on how good, you might break the bank. I've heard nothing but good things about the Kumho Ecsta MX and not too pricey. If you're looking for good all seasons, the Dunlop SP5000's are good.
Beefier Rear Stabalizer - 20mm is good. you can go bigger but you'd need to upgrade the brackets.
Heavy Duty sway bar links - these will decrease the body roll in cornering.
By making these changes you will decrease the chronic understeer that plagues the stock set up and make your car a little "sportier" than what you're used to.
