thanks S. yeah, it was the article,especial the part about mitsu having something between the OZ edition and the evo. I heard that rumour too. suppose to be in the 170 hp range. hopefully it's awd

the 2.0L is a 16 valve DOHC and turboed
the 2.5L is a 16 valve SOHC non turbo

MY98 EJ25's are DOHC if I recall correctly.

I saw the new front end Impreza in a mall and it looks butt ugly in red or with the regular sized TMIC. Better off with the STi to back up the nasty front end.

Personally, I think it's an improvement. To each his own I guess. The front end is still too tall, but that's unavoidable because I guess they needed room for those blasted TGV's and cats.
