M series that came in a sedan form are all the M5's and the E36 M3, just to clarify

on the freeway I raced lawmandy in my 89 325i and I was SLOWLY pulling away, its bone stock with 245K miles

BMW's are magnificent on the highways
And I didn't know that the 3.30Ci was putting out that much horsepower now! I still thought they were barely making 200hp Nice to know that 3.25's are still no biggie hehe.

Well Huck, now you know why Mr. Yuppy was acting like the little be0tch that he was. If it had vents on the front fenders and looked like it had a widebody kit on, it was indeed an M3. Your estimate is about right for a current M3's 1/4-mile time, BTW.
