anyone care to elaborate more on the corporate, gov't, etc. service plan discounts?

i've heard something about "foundation codes" that corp types use for discounts, but how closely do carriers (AT&T) check/verify them. i've also heard reports of people using aquaintances' codes but not sure if it's just hearsay.

i just got a TILT and saving moola is always good.
