+1 - I was thinking of getting a sticker pointing to my exhaust that said "Subaru sound system..." I did the mudflaps, and they're the only cosmetic mod to my car (besides a couple stickers, but I don't think they count as mods).

 

When staying in a low gear to hear to RPMs go up and smile when listening to the shear greatness of the Boxer engine.

 

When you don't even have to go on to the roller at the smog test stations...

 

When one of the first mods you can think of, or did were the mudflaps.

When others throw you the duces.

When you change your own oil, and NEVER bring it to the oil change shop.

I believe what he means is that at most smog places, they dont have a 4WD or AWD compatible roller, so they make you stay on the flat grounds.

If your subie is lowered and cannot make the rollers without damaging the body
