i JUST got back from japan...and skylines there are BORING! i saw at least 50 of them in the 5 days i was there....what i didnt see was more than 10 hondas put together!
In japan they look at skylines as another civic or integra here...and hondas as the nicer car....so to each their own and you always want what you cant have......end of story!

side note....Subaru Forster STi FTW...so pretty! only saw 1 STi which was the 555 car and then TONS of legacy wagons and sedans along with a bunch of imprezzas.

Yeah, it's like seeing Mustangs in Europe. They (Europeans) get all excited, where as here, it's like dime a dozen type thing!

Its ok guys, it's not a GT-R.

And +1 on Skylines being anything but rare over in Japan. To them, the Skyline is how a Mustang would be to us.

No, if civics were RWD or AWD i would actually like them a bit and wouldnt mind owning one (since i have a miata instead AKA "ghey" car by the majority of people. its RWD and $cheap)

So having an account on i-club and driving a Subaru means you are interested in cars? Hmmm... Now THAT is funny.

You're right, it really is ok. Don't get upset. I'm making fun of the car, not you.

Maybe you imagined that I wrote somewhere that I didn't know what a skyline was. Please, go back and review my posts. You'll see that's not the case. Now that we're armed with that info, let me rephrase.

I think that silly looking car should be sold on used car lots next to preludes and civics. Ok, maybe they can make it much more expensive, slap a sticker on the window that says it's got a grand history, and there are other iterations that are really fast. Would that make things better? I respect yours and others opinions of the skyline. I know it's history and it's performance potential. I don't like it's old school styling..lol.
